        Your SentinelX Care Team is a multidisciplinary group of clinical and wellness professionals ready to support you in your health journey. Each member of your care team is an expert in their field, but they know that you are the expert on your own body. Your Care Team is here to learn about your unique experiences, preferences, and goals and empower you to live your healthiest life.

        Your everyday care partner

        Your Sentinel is your first point of contact with your Care Team. All Sentinels are licensed Nurse Practitioners highly experienced in family medicine and primary care. Your Sentinel can help you with everyday health issues and will check-in on you every month.

        Medical Doctors

        For your long-term health goals

        Your SenitnelX Doctor reviews all your diagnostic test results and works with you to create your Care Plan. Your Doctor can also recommend additional diagnostic testing and provide specialist referrals as needed.

        Nutritionists

        Because food is medicine

        While your Sentinel and Doctor can provide general guidance on nutrition, your Nutritionist can work with you to create a detailed nutrition plan based on your annual screening results, health goals, food preferences, and budget.
